It’s hard to believe that these beautiful hand painted ornaments begin life as waste cotton lint that is a by-product of cotton yarn production. Instead of burning the yarn our artisans mix it with a natural paste in hand made molds to form these iconic holiday shapes. Once dried from the molds each detail is painted on the surface with painstaking care. Enjoy these while we can still produce them, in less than a generation this kind of exquisite handwork will no longer be possible.
