Just email us at email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll send you a return shipping label at no cost.
We ask that items be returned in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Shipments larger than one cubic foot, may be charged a 15% restocking fee—we’ll be sure to let you know. Returns from outside the continental US, will be less shipping and non-refundable tariffs. Items listed on the SALE page of this website are returnable (unless otherwise specified in the product description) but are not eligible for free return shipping. The Wall Art Collection and other custom pieces are produced to order, and therefore are nonrefundable--store credit may be issued depending on the piece.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, send a picture of the item and the packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order.
We’ll do everything we can to get you a replacement as fast as we can.
