30 Day Returns

We want you to be happy. If you’re unhappy with an item, for any reason, return it to us for a refund (less applicable shipping fees) or store credit (less applicable shipping fees).

Just email us at help@stagandmanor.com within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll send you a return shipping label by email.

Returns should be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Shipments larger than one cubic foot, greater than 24 pounds, or greater than 22” in any dimension, may be charged a 15% restocking fee—we’ll be sure to let you know.  Returns from outside the continental US, will be less shipping and non-refundable tariffs.  Items listed on the SALE page of this website or purchased using gift cards or BUCK$ are returnable (unless otherwise specified in the product description) but are not eligible for subsidized return shipping.  FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, and BOGO/BOGHO sales are final.  

The Wall Art Collection and other custom or made to order pieces are produced at your request, and therefore are nonrefundable--store credit may be issued depending on the piece.  See Made to Order Terms

All returns are subject to our discretion—officially, we do reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason, particularly to avoid return abuse which could impact costs for all other customers.
 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, send pictures of the full item, details of the damage, the whole box used for shipping, and the packaging used inside the box to help@stagandmanor.com within 5 days of receiving your order.  

We’ll do everything we can to get you a replacement as fast as we can.
