The Belmont Rug is hand-tied to the warp strings on a loom with meticulous detail. There are several steps of hand-washing adding a rich patina and even more luster to the already soft wool. The plush pile has been sheared by hand and finished with a hand-whipped edge surging.

Due to the handmade procedures, this collection will contain characteristics found in all handmade rugs, making each piece truly unique. Including: Size variances + or - of up to 5%- Color variances of acceptable levels due to dye lot and washing intensity- some pile shedding is normal as found in all hand made rugs.
Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean sponge or cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended as necessary. Do not use beater bar when vacuuming. A quality rug pad is recommended.
