Zulu Fire Sauce is a moderately hot red chili sauce with great body and exceptional depth of rich flavor. Pairing well with dark proteins and tomato-based dishes, the brilliantly colored sauce can be used to marinate proteins, or stir-fried with vegetables. Carefully assembled small batches are presented in beautifully adorned bottles that tell how each sauce was inspired. The delicious sauces can be used as a marinade or finishing sauce and can be used in Uvuka's collection of recipes.
