Made to Order Policies
We offer a wide variety of gorgeous made to order products guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Shipping: In most cases, we'll offer free ground shipping within the continental US, handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but for oversized items, a freight service is often employed to get your order to you. Times will depend on the service provider and your proximity to the production house. You're always welcome to request an estimate from us. Expedited shipping can be quoted separately for you, and is the shipping provider's charge, not ours.
Damage: In the very unlikely event of a damaged made to order piece, report the damage with photos to us immediately upon receipt of the item. Whenever possible, note the damage with your delivery provider in writing upon delivery. We will immediately begin work on a replacement for your damaged item. We will also either arrange pick up of the damaged item or require proof of total destruction of the damaged item. In the case of canvas art, we'll request a large X be cut into the canvas and photos provided back to us. You're welcome to have fun with that.
Changes: We aim to begin work on your made to order purchase as quickly as possible. We're happy to make changes before production on your item has begun, but once it has begun, change requests will be denied.
Cancellation: There is a brief window of time between placing your order and production beginning on your item. That window varies depending on the item. If you request to cancel your order before production begins, you will be refunded your cost less a 10% cancellation fee (up to $150 per item). These fees cover administration time and card fees associated with your order. Once production has begun for your made to order project, cancellation is not available.
Refunds: Sorry, refunds are not available for made to order items.
